You understand and agree that when you purchase a Ticket on this Website, you are purchasing an entry into a Raffle to potentially win a Prize. You are not purchasing a product or service in the traditional sense, and there is no guarantee of winning. Your purchase is a contribution to the Project, with the chance to win a Prize.
This Website is operated as a non-profit initiative. ALL money made from Ticket sales goes directly back into the Project. This Raffle site is used to fund the Project and help build a cashflow, enabling us to continue our work and development. We are committed to transparency regarding the use of funds, and may provide updates on Project progress.
To purchase Tickets and participate in Raffles, you may be required to register an account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. We encourage you to use "strong" passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols).
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above requirements.
We do not limit the amount of Tickets a User can buy for any given Raffle.
The price of each Ticket will be clearly displayed on the Website. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but any changes will not affect Tickets already purchased.
Due to the nature of our operations as a non-profit project and the non-recoverable charges incurred from payment processors upon each transaction, all Ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Once a Ticket is purchased, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged for a refund, regardless of whether you win a Prize or not. By purchasing a Ticket, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
We have weekly and monthly Raffles. Specific dates and times for Raffle draws will be announced on the Website.

We are not responsible for the actions or inactions of third-party suppliers or shipping carriers, nor are we liable for the condition of items once they leave the warehouse/supplier or for any shipping delays, loss, or damage that occurs during transit.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Tickets in the Raffle from which the liability arose, or USD$50.00, whichever is less.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MakuluLinux, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Website, including, but not limited to, your User Contributions, any use of the Website's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Website.
